New videos: Cheese Fraud and Novel Foods

We recently published two interesting videos.

The first is a brief one around a case judged fraudulent by the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione, case 33418/2023) because a huge amount of cheese was labeled and sold under an identification mark of a food business operator which was not the actual producer:

The second is my take on novel food regulation, explained after the keynote speech at the EIT Food Innovation Forum, which was held at the prestigious Food4Future Expo in Bilbao. This video has been published also on Food Orbit website, our new company bridging the gap between law, science, and communication, recently launched with some of our best partners (Francesco Montanari, Bert Popping, and Carmen Diaz Amigo):

Enjoy!
