A new version of the Swiss Food Composition Database (V 7.1) is now available.
For the first time, it includes values for niacin equivalents, as well as new generic foods and updated nutritional data for numerous foods, particularly in the “biscuits” and “pastry products” categories. Available in IT – DE – FR.
