As you can see, the public consultation is not open yet, and there is no draft attached. The Commission’s adoption of an ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, but I bet a pineapple pizza that they won’t make it.
The topic has been under discussion since I practiced food law. Comments will be overwhelming and difficult to reconcile, even if the excellent work of the Codex Alimentarius and VITAL surely helped, advancing the discussion and providing solid foundations for a proposal.
