EUDR scope expanded

The EUDR Regulation (EU 2023/1115) targets greenhouse gas emissions and biodiversity loss by promoting ‘deforestation-free’ products. While aimed at reducing the EU's global deforestation impact, it will affect data management, supply chains, raw material costs, and certification integrity. The recent Commission Delegated Regulation (EU 2026/2102) expands the range of products impacted.
