I am on my way to Thailand to participate as a speaker at the World of Food Safety Conference, within THAIFEX 2017, in Bangkok.
On 2nd June I will speak in the morning about brand protection during food recalls and crisis management strategies, while in the afternoon I’ll be honored to chair a great roundtable on food fraud in Asia (special guest a dear friend, Karen Constable).
