The age of food delivery has arrived and it is changing the food service sector as never before. While providing great commercial opportunity, it has also introduced challenges to the way food is produced, packaged and delivered.
On 27th March I’ll be speaking at the 1st Food on the Move Conference, at the stunning Barbican Center, London.
My speech (2 pm) will be focused on legal obligations of food delivery businesses and how to mitigate the risks related to food safety and bad media exposure.
You can see here the full program: more than 50 thought leaders and innovators will address all the challenges and developments for food delivery operators: from food safety to packaging, from sustainability to new technologies and equipments.
