Codex Alimentarius published a report on threshold levels for non-priority allergens

Codex Alimentarius has published a new report reviewing scientific data to set threshold levels for non-priority allergens. These allergens, not considered in previous reports, include specific tree nuts (Brazil nut, macadamia/Queensland nut, pine nut), soy, celery, lupin, mustard, buckwheat, and oats.
