Probably what will be the most scaring and bizarre food safety issue of the year is coming from Mozambique, where few days ago at least 69 people died (and 196 were hospitalized) after drinking the traditional pombe beer during a funeral. Food recalls in EU – Week 29 – 2014

This week on the RASFF database (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) we don't have any recall from consumers in EU in the alert notifications.
