Food recalls in EU – Week 11 – 2014

This week on the RASFF database (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) we have two recalls from consumers in EU in the alert notification: - Biotoxins: Diarrhoeic Shellfish Poisoning (DSP) toxins in cooked mussel meat, following food poisoning. This week on the RASFF database (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) we can find three recalls from consumers in EU, between the alert notifications:- Pathogenic micro-organisms: Salmonella spp. in frozen cooked clams (Meretrix lyrata), following an official control on the market.
