- Allergens: undeclared gluten and milk ingredient in and insufficient labelling (ingredients list not in English) of basil pesto sauce from Italy, via the United Kingdom, following company’s own check. Notified by Ireland;
- Packaging defective: risk of breakage of glass jars containing Napoli noodle sauce from Italy, following a company’s own check. Notified by Germany;
- Pathogenic micro-organisms: Bacillus cereus (22000; 12000; 28000; 220000; 37000 CFU/g) in dried black mushrooms from China, via Hong Kong, following an official control on the market. Notified by France, distributed also to Belgium and Spain;
- Pesticide residues: dimethoate (0.05 mg/kg – ppm) and fluazifop-P-butyl (0.79 mg/kg – ppm) in savoy cabbage from Belgium, following company’s own check. Notified by Belgium, distributed also to Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Sweden.
